為進一步做好(hao)外(wai)(wai)(wai)派企(qi)業專(zhuan)職(zhi)外(wai)(wai)(wai)部(bu)董(dong)事(shi)考核管(guan)理,對2022年(nian)度(du)外(wai)(wai)(wai)派企(qi)業專(zhuan)職(zhi)外(wai)(wai)(wai)部(bu)董(dong)事(shi)工作(zuo)進行考核評價,1月12日上午(wu),廣新集團(tuan)召開了2022年(nian)度(du)外(wai)(wai)(wai)派企(qi)業專(zhuan)職(zhi)外(wai)(wai)(wai)部(bu)董(dong)事(shi)述(shu)職(zhi)會,集團(tuan)黨委委員、副總經理陳南生出席會議并(bing)講(jiang)話。

會上,5位集團(tuan)外(wai)派企業專職外(wai)部董事圍繞(rao)2022年履職基本情況、主要工作內容、存在不(bu)足和問題及2023年工作計劃(hua)等(deng)方(fang)面(mian)逐一(yi)匯報。集團(tuan)分管領導,人(ren)力(li)資源部、董事會辦(ban)公室、戰略(lve)管理(li)(li)部、運營管理(li)(li)中心、財務資金部相關負責同志(zhi)對述職人(ren)員進行評(ping)議打分。
會(hui)上(shang),陳(chen)南(nan)生充分肯定了過去一年外(wai)部(bu)董事(shi)工(gong)作取得的成績,他強調,要進一步認識(shi)到外(wai)部(bu)董事(shi)工(gong)作的重要性,切(qie)實增強責任(ren)感(gan)、使命感(gan),強化責任(ren)擔當(dang),不(bu)斷提升履職(zhi)能力和水平(ping)。
一是做(zuo)好外部(bu)(bu)(bu)董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)履職(zhi)服(fu)務(wu)支(zhi)撐,健全(quan)外部(bu)(bu)(bu)董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)工作機(ji)制,在思想上認識、在行動上落實董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)會建設的重(zhong)要性,積極(ji)發揮董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)會作用。二是加強(qiang)訪談(tan)調(diao)研(yan)力度(du)。根(gen)據外部(bu)(bu)(bu)董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)履職(zhi)需要,協調(diao)制定調(diao)研(yan)計(ji)劃,積極(ji)組織(zhi)外部(bu)(bu)(bu)董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)開展調(diao)研(yan)活動。三是健全(quan)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)培訓機(ji)制,通過定期年度(du)培訓方式(shi),強(qiang)化(hua)外部(bu)(bu)(bu)董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)能力,進修相(xiang)關領域新知識理論及(ji)新商(shang)業(ye)(ye)模式(shi)學習,不斷增強(qiang)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)素(su)養和國(guo)際視野,全(quan)方位(wei)提升外部(bu)(bu)(bu)董(dong)(dong)(dong)事(shi)履職(zhi)能力專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)化(hua)、董(dong)(dong)(dong)辦工作能力專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)化(hua)。
